My first 1000-simoleon build

900 simoleons land of course. Final cost is 992. Upper part is roof. Most of experienced players can easily do 980 on this piece of land (Roof + one cheap door), which is hard to beat. But I want to have fun - and my sims want to stay warm... So, basement bedroom is in the basement. Stairs, terrain modification, and water cost 0 in the building mode. Not painted. 1 CC (Numenor's glass door ), but I could make bedroom smaller. All the floor is white ceiling. And I didn't remove several 0 cost CC tiles near steps because I am lazy .
