Does anyone know if there are any houseboat bases similar to the ones in Island Paradise? Preferably something that allows me to add a basement level too?

I've already looked at the Build your own Houseboat base by Snow haze on Mod the Sims. It's nearly perfect but the last and air intake (?) and handrails get in the way of what I'd like to do.
