I’ve never had this problem until recently, basically my sims will refuse to open and show as not responding until I completely wipe it completely (files, saves, cc, the whole thing in the bin) and start again. I had an enormous cc folder for years without a problem so I don’t understand why it’s suddenly doing this?

I’ve repaired the game, repaired origin, uninstalled and reinstalled both but I can’t work out what is causing this

I’ve tried re-downloading the cc again but after 2-3 days it always goes back

I’m at my wits end, please help!
